He ordered a CT in a month (May 1) I’m still waiting for his office to schedule it. (Actually had another doctor set it up). Faxed my abnormal labs to his office May 2nd 2019 still waiting for a call back ?? My third appointment I cancelled as I didn’t have a CT yet, two phone calls and a week later a RUDE person called me stating they called and got voicemail. No missed calls in log from his office. I’m re scheduled for June 19, praying I have a better time. If I didn’t like the doctor and desperately need a resolve of my issues I wouldn’t go back. I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy on May 2nd, 2019 to find out why I have chronic Diarrhea since February 1st. After procedure, Dr. Kodama himself, told my husband and me, to call HIS office in 2 weeks for biopsy report. I must say, I have never, ever had so much difficulty getting anyone to answer the question. I have been calling since the 15th. Here it is the 20th. I was told last Wednesday that he had MY result report in his CAR! Not sure what sort of filing system this is, but it sure doesn't help me in any way. So, he does procedures on Thursdays, so I couldn't get an answer. He wasn't in the office Friday either. I am suffering here and my symptoms are getting worse. It would be awesome if the left hand knew what the right hand is doing in the office. I called today, the receptionist was rude and unconcerned, transferred me to Nancy's voice mail. No surprise, no return call. I recieved a paper result in the mail. Extremely ambiguous. My 18 year old daughter is suffering and continues to suffer, and it feels like it's impossible to get a follow-up. Dr. Kodama insisted that she have a colonoscopy within the next 5 days after seeing her initially. Since then I have called 5 times to get a follow up. I finally received a letter with a date - 3 months after her colonoscopy! She is still suffering. So if you need help quickly, I do NOT
